Our Products

We want everything that goes out of the door to be the very best.

We source from short supply chains so we can build up a relationship and trust in the ingredients we use, and as we’re not interested in a race to the bottom driven by profit, we’re able to spend time making things with character and which stand apart from their mass-produced relatives. 

We believe in using real, wholesome ingredients  to make food that is different, less salty, and more delicately balanced with smoked or natural flavours.

Across the Smoke School sessions our aim is to give you all the knowledge and skills needed to make award winning products. We focus on rolling our sleeves up and getting fully involved - the lessons are always a lot of fun.
